Restaurant Seeblick in Kelbra

A booth with mulled wine, nuts, gingerbread, chocolate apples and cotton candy. A stand for children and small gifts. One for the physical well-being and a fire bowl. All visitors kept their distance ... obeyed the rules! Thanks to the visitors, because only then is such a small market possible.

Very nice restaurant. At the moment there is a small Christmas market in front of the restaurant. I can only recommend.

We took up the offer for Martin's dinner and were absolutely satisfied. Of course we would have preferred to eat there, but the lockdown prevented this. So the food arrived at home well packaged and hot. The goose was really great! Small wish for the future: please label the individual containers. We had a few minutes of sorting until everyone got their food. Since we also ordered for the neighbors, we had to partially open the packaging to see whether it was breast or leg.

Why are there thousands of Kochschow's when everything is just warmed up in such a shop? The lumberjack steak was a schnitzel without breading, the salad plate was reminiscent of garnish ala GDR, at least the fried potatoes didn't come out of the bag. Then you have to open a bar or a coffee house if you don't want to offer anything to eat, then friendly service doesn't help either

From the outside it looks like a canteen, something needs to be done urgently. The inside has been redone, the tiles are a bit cold and the sanitary facilities should now also be renovated. So first of all an absolute disappointment. But that was quickly gone by the super nice service and the delicious food. I think no frozen food or ready-made food was cooked here. Everything was delicious, the seasoning meat finally earned its name, the schnitzel was delicious, the mushrooms had a strong, fresh taste. Game goulash was very tender and soft, the dumplings seemed to be homemade. Didn't think the food here was so good!

We wanted to make a little stop from our bike tour. Unfortunately we weren't welcome today. We asked whether you could at least get something to drink and eat the drinks or the food outside, but it's a real shame that we didn't get anything. The restaurant wasn't full, so we were all the more disappointed with the statement made by the waitress.

Lured by the name and what it promises, we were there today. I looked inside the house, didn't see a lake, left again. Yes, in the distance, very far away, there was a blue stripe between trees and branches. The lake view looks different.

The location and the view are great. The service was relaxed, friendly and in a very good mood that made you feel very pleasant. The food is really great. Solid home cooking at a damn high level.

Do you have to write something ✍? We were 14 people, just great!

I didn't like the food at all and unfortunately it wasn't varied for me as a vegetarian either, there were spaetzle to choose from, for a mere 10.50 € with frozen vegetables. Disappointing. Seldom go out of a restaurant hungry and leave a lot on the plate; but that had nothing to do with spaetzle.

Friendly service, food and appetizers were all delicious. Price / performance completely satisfied. Would love to come back!

Very nice restaurant. Nice service, a varied menu. The food was delicious and the prices are absolutely reasonable. It is also positive that the restaurant is not closed on Mondays.

We went to the Seeblick restaurant for my husband's birthday today and were more than satisfied. We were welcomed and served very nicely and the food was great. We would love to come back again :-)

We were with friends in Kelbra at the reservoir last Sunday. There we came across the restaurant, which at first seemed very inconspicuous from the outside. When we went in we were surprised the first time we were tall and nicely done there. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. And then the real surprise came the food! I had the venison with dumplings and red cabbage. I can't remember the last time I was able to enjoy such good German cuisine. From me / we give you 5 stars in every area :) Keep it up !!! Since our hotel restaurant was closed due to the Corona requirements, we went here on 3 of 4 evenings. We liked it very much each time. You have a great view from the terrace, the inside is nicely decorated, the food is super tasty, price / performance ratio is right and the staff was also very nice. We love to come back when we are in the area again.

When we wanted to stop here today after our walk, a sign was closed society. On request, we could still quickly drink a beer. Unfortunately, food was not possible, as it was actually closed. Service very friendly. Will definitely come again.
